What is the Maximum amount of cookies I can order?
I do not currently have a maximum number of cookies per order. My availability for larger orders depends on how many orders I have schedule so request an order as soon as possible. Please submit an order request or contact me if you have questions.
How do I pay for custom orders?
Once you order request has been sent I will get back to you within 48 hours. If we move forward with your order, I will send you an invoice with a deposit for half of the price that is refundable until a week before your order is due. Upon the week of your event, another invoice will be sent for the remaining balance. Full payment must be made before you receive your cookies.
Do you ship?
Unfortunately, no. My cottage food license does not allow me to ship. I am only able to sell cookies in the state of Illinois.
Do you have allergen friendly cookies?
It depends on the allergy. Baked goods are produced in a home kitchen that is not subject to inspection and may also contain food allergens such as: wheat, tree nuts, peanuts, eggs, soy, shellfish, and dairy. I currently can accommodate for gluten free or dairy free orders only (so long as you are not severely allergic). If you have allergies or questions about allergies, please contact me.
Why do you have different decorating tiers and how do I know which to order?
The decorating tiers I have listed under my “Pricing” section are to act as a guide for you when you order. I include photos of cookies I have made and where I classify them. Cookie design tiers break down into how many colors, how many shapes, and how many designs. The more intricate the cookie shape (scalloped or many sides) the more time it takes to decorate the cookie. More icing colors means more time spent mixing colors and more food colors used. If you are unsure what to order, take a look through my pricing section and if you are still unsure, select what you think is closest or what you fits with your budget, and I will work with you on designs to fit your needs.
What are the ingredients in the cookies?
My standard Vanilla Sugar Cookie has eggs, flour, sugar, vanilla paste, almond extract, butter, salt, baking powder, corn starch, powdered sugar, meringue powder, flavorings, corn syrup. (Each order comes with an ingredient & care card).
